Before you write
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
We ship from our warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and then delivered in 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn items with their tags attached. Email us at contact@eldmoor.com with your order number and we'll send you a printable return label. A return shipping fee is deducted from your refund — returns are free if your item arrived damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered.
How do I find my size?
