Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 90 days from delivery to return it.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

How to return an item

1. Email us at contact@eldmoor.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within a few hours with your printable return label and simple instructions.
3. Pack your item(s), attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.
4. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Return shipping costs

A return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. We'll always tell you the exact amount before you send anything back.

Returns are free if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange the exchange, subject to availability. Not sure about your size? Our stylists are happy to help before you order.
