We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and then delivered in 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States — no minimum order value.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or write to us at contact@eldmoor.com.

Your order ships internationally from Germany. Since US rules for international parcels changed in 2025, import duties may apply to some orders. Email us before you order and we'll confirm exactly what applies to yours.

You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their tags attached.

Email us at contact@eldmoor.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within a few hours with a printable return label and simple instructions. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

A return shipping fee is deducted from your refund — we'll always tell you the exact amount before you send anything back. Returns are free if your item arrived damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong item.

Of course. Email us with your order number and the size or color you need, and we'll take care of the exchange, subject to availability.

Our pieces follow standard US sizing and are designed to fit true to size. Coats and jackets are cut with room for layering. If you're between two sizes, we recommend the larger size for outerwear.

Absolutely. Email us your height, weight and usual size together with the item you're interested in, and our stylists will reply with a personal recommendation within a few hours.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are shown in US dollars.

Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS–compliant payment platform and every transaction is SSL-encrypted. We never see or store your full card details — and with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your card number isn't shared with us at all.

Your payment is processed when you place your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know right away and refund it in full to your original payment method.

Most declines come from the card issuer — for example a billing address that doesn't match, a security check by your bank or a card limit. Please double-check your details or try Apple Pay or Google Pay. If it still doesn't work, contact your bank or email us and we'll help.

Email us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of ordering. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update or cancel it.

Sale prices are shown directly on each product — no code needed. On top of that, bundle savings apply automatically in your bag: 10% off 2 items, 15% off 3 items and 20% off 4 or more.

We're sorry! Email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free return plus a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
