Every ELDMOOR order ships free to the United States — no minimum order value.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.
Where do you ship from?
Our pieces are designed in Germany and ship directly from our warehouse there. Every order is checked by hand, carefully packed and sent with a fully tracked international carrier.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package to your door.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all 50 US states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take a few extra days.
Import duties
Since US rules for international parcels changed in 2025, import duties may apply to some orders. If you'd like to know exactly what applies to yours, email us before you order and we'll gladly confirm.
Delayed or damaged package?
