Can I wear these for a full 10-hour shift?
Yes. The cushioned sole is built for standing, not just walking. Most people give new shoes two or three shifts to break in before judging them.
Do they work on tile and polished vinyl, or just kitchen floors?
The rubber outsole is made for slick surfaces in general — tile, vinyl, sealed concrete. It grips the same way whether the floor is wet from a mop or from a spill.
Will my feet get hot in them?
The upper is closed and water-resistant, so it holds warmth more than a mesh sneaker does. A thin moisture-wicking sock makes a noticeable difference over a long day.
Can I clean them if something spills?
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't put them in the washing machine — it breaks down the sole bond over time.
