Can I wear the top and pants separately?
Yes. The high-neck top works with jeans or a straight skirt, and the wide-leg pants pair easily with a blouse or a blazer. Most people end up wearing them apart as often as together.
Do the buttons on the hem actually open?
They're a fixed design detail on the overlap, not a working closure. You pull the top on over your head.
Will the pants drag on the floor if I'm shorter?
The wide leg is cut long for a clean drape. If you're under 5'4", a low heel or a small hem adjustment keeps them off the ground.
Is the neck tight around the throat?
