Does the hood lie flat, or does it bunch up behind my neck?
It's a soft knit hood, so it lies close and flat when it's down. It won't stand up stiffly or push against the back of your head.
Can I wear this under a coat?
Yes. The knit is smooth and not bulky, so it slides under a jacket easily. The hood sits flat enough that it doesn't bulge at the collar.
Will the waffle texture flatten out after washing?
Wash it cold and hang it dry and the texture holds. Hot water and high-heat drying are what relax knit texture over time.
Is it thick enough to wear on its own indoors?
Yes. It's a mid-weight knit — warm enough for the house and cool days, light enough that you won't overheat sitting inside.
